When you call Prism, you get a professional electrician. Our service technicians are experienced electricians at the licensed journeymen category or above. All electricians have more than five years and more than half are master electricians with more than 10 years experience.

 

Process.

During business hours, the dispatcher takes your service call and provides an assessment of cost and arrival timeframe. You are then assigned to either your preferred electrician or to the technician closest to your location, based on your preference. Prism’s service team is available for your needs 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We use an after-hours paging system that alerts our on-duty electrician to get out to your location without delay.
