Blake Combs
President and Owner
Blake leads Prism with a strong vision for the future. He plays a large role in establishing
and managing customer relationships and providing input for conceptual estimating. Blake has
worked in the industry since 1982. During his career, some positions held include, field apprentice,
field superintendent, foreman, estimator and chief estimator. In 1994, Blake saw an opportunity to
build an electrical firm and founded Prism Electric.

Dale Payne
Vice President / Operations
Dale leads Prism’s construction operations. In this role, he oversees all construction
projects and manages Prism’s project managers. His areas of focus are to ensure the
company’s continued consistent construction performance and to position it for future
growth. Dale’s 24 years of electrical contracting experience covers a wide range, from
small retail projects to large, multi-faceted developments. Among
his other credentials, Dale holds a master electrician/contractor license in 12 states across
the nation. Dale joined Prism Electric in 2007.

Jeffrey Mikeska
Vice President / Marketing
With 25 years of experience in the electrical industry, Jeffrey leads Prism’s marketing
and business development efforts. In this role he develops and implements marketing efforts to
support Prism’s corporate strategy for growth. Jeffrey is focused on establishing strategic
marketing initiatives as well as identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships
and supporting Prism’s regional marketing efforts. Before joining Prism, Jeffrey was responsible
for the national sales and marketing efforts for a large national electrical contractor. He brings
to Prism strong leadership skills with many years experience in the healthcare industry.

Kevin Engel
Vice President / Preconstruction
Kevin participates in business development efforts for Prism Electric with both existing and new customers. He also compiles conceptual estimates, giving the customer a budget that will hold from the schematic phase through to completion of the project. Kevin generates value engineering options to save the customer money without sacrificing quality or design intent. He has worked In the electrical industry since 1987 with previous experience as a U.S. Navy Warship electrician, journeyman electrician, estimator, project manager, designer, and preconstruction manager. Kevin joined Prism in 2008. |

Luis J. Hernandez
Vice President / Field Operations and Co-Founder
Luis manages the new construction operations, including management of field and project management
personnel. He also implements and maintains the company safety program. Luis has worked in the industry
since 1982, starting as an electrical apprentice. Over the years, he has worked in many positions including
licensed electrician, lead electrician, journeyman electrician, and project supervisor. He
co-founded Prism Electric in 1994.

Paul Roberts
Vice President / Service Division
As the general operational manager of the service, Paul has ultimate responsibility for the success
of the division. He spends time with customers and personally handles some accounts. His responsibilities
include oversight of our customer relationships, sales efforts, personnel issues, safety, technology needs
and financial performance. Paul began in the electrical service industry in 1982, as a helper. Since that
time, he moved up to work as a foreman and then was promoted to service manager in 1992. He has been with
Prism in this position since 1997.
